Position: Production Workers for Vinyl W&D Location: Duarte, CA Job Id: 277 # of Openings: 2 About the Role We are currentlyseekingdependable and motivated Production Workers to join our growing team. Regular work schedule is from 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Overtime may berequired, including weekends Position Summary Production Workersare responsible foroperatingtools and equipment andassistingin the assembly of vinyl windows and doors. Key Responsibilities Perform various production tasks within assigned department Manufacture windows and doors while meeting quality and productivity standards Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Userequired Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times Assistwith meeting production deadlines and schedules Perform physically demanding tasks includinglifting upto 50–75lbs Support team goals and company mission Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in a production or warehouse environment Ability to read and use a measuring tape accurately Experience using basic hand and power tools Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks Education & Skills Ability to read and follow work instructions/worksheets Basic computer and scanner knowledge Basic math skills (fractions and decimals) Basic reading and writing skills Ability to operator a Forklift, a plus. Manufacturing and warehousesettingwith exposure to varying temperatures. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting required.
