Construction Laborer

Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. This role is essential to the successful completion of our projects and involves performing physical labor tasks, transporting construction equipment to and from job sites, and supporting the construction team. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Transport construction equipment and materials to and from job sites using company vehicles.
• Assist in loading and unloading tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning job sites.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed.
• Work closely with team members to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Follow safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely transport construction equipment and materials.
• Experience in construction or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable and punctual with excellent teamwork skills.
