Responsibilities Lead all recruitment efforts in partnership with our executive leadership and Senior HRBPs Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for mid to senior level hires Interface between candidates and clients to negotiate packages and close candidates Source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal/external databases and any other ways to uncover top talent Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine technical and cultural fit Identify and participate in networking activities such as industry conferences, meetups, and open house events to build relationships and recruit top talent Develop proactive recruitment strategies for future business needs, internal mobility and succession planning for the team Requirements Bachelor's degree 5+ years of agency and internal recruitment experience – you understand what it takes to be successful in an internal role but you haven't lost the hunger of finding and placing top candidates Unimpeachable ethical standards, with an innate ability to build trust Really Catch Our Eye With Obsessively manage a best in class candidate experience by ensuring an efficient process and timely communication Experience with Taleo Enterprise Edition Our Top Performers Share The Following Traits A perfect, balanced love for tech, the hunt and winning Superior listening and client‑profiling skills Highly motivated, strategic, self‑driven and results‑oriented, yet capable of working in a collaborative manner across the organization Articulate, confident, and driven with the ability to work with like‑minded professionals in a results‑oriented, fast‑paced and growing environment Top notch verbal and written communication skills Team player attitude Open to and unafraid of new ideas Strong organizational skills Competitive and tenacious Compensation & Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
