- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy for various clinical roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including applicant reviews and offer negotiations.
- Design and implement a sourcing strategy to maintain a robust pipeline of clinician candidates.
- Utilize ATS to manage data integrity and optimize recruitment processes.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences and build strong relationships with hiring leaders.
- Consistently meet defined recruiting metrics and goals in a high-volume context.
- Fully remote role; can work in any time zone.
- Healthcare background is ideal.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business, Organizational Development, or similar discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in high-volume clinical recruitment.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service.
