Office Admin - Washington, DC

$20 per hour

Pay: Starting at $20/hr
Schedule: 25 hours/week (5 hours per weekday)
Location: On-site (No remote)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Administration Temp to support daily operations and executive leadership. This role offers hands-on experience in office management, executive support, and administrative coordination in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact-greet visitors and manage incoming calls
  • Handle communications (email, mail, shipping, deliveries)
  • Act as liaison with vendors for office supplies and services
  • Maintain organized filing and resource systems
  • Support bank deposits and general office operations
  • Manage CEO expense reporting and credit card reconciliation
  • Coordinate calendar scheduling, meetings, and travel for executive leadership
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Professional, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable using technology and communication platforms
  • Spanish fluency is a plus (not required)

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
