Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated ICU nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Monitor patient status, perform assessments, implement and adjust care plans as needed.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff on the unit.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes.
- Apply critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decisions.
- Document patient care and communicate changes to the care team and families as appropriate.

Requirements
- Current, active RN license in California
- Ability to work in an ICU/critical care environment and respond to rapid changes in patient condition
- Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts (3x12-hour shifts per week)
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting
- Availability to start on 10/12/2026 and commit to a 13-week assignment
