Executive Assistant

Security Services NW seeks an organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the President and CEO. This is a key role within our organization, ensuring the President's daily tasks run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide executive-level administrative support to the President and CEO.
2. Manage daily schedules, appointments, and communications, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings, travel, and events.
3. Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
4. Manage personal properties and oversee related payables and financial records.
5. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
6. Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
7. Manage estate properties in WA, NV, and MT.
8. Accompany the President and his family on business, social events, and trips as required.
9. Assist with the Shot Show in Las Vegas and the Unity of Effort event at SSNW HQ.
10. Other duties as assigned by the President and CEO.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role with two + years of experience.
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
5. Proficiency with office software and technology (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.). Including Teams and Zoom applications.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. A 2-4-year degree would be a plus.
8. Travel is required.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Competitive salary of $27.00 - DOE
2. Comprehensive benefits package includes health, vision, and dental insurance.
3. Two weeks of paid vacation annually.
4. Annual bonus based on performance.

Applicants should expect long hours. Working from the Sequim HQ is mandatory, and flex days, including weekends and holidays, are expected.

Company-provided iPad, cell phone, and laptop.
