Shift Leader - Guest Experience & Sales Coach
Pet Supplies Plus
Tommy’s Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Leader for our Hickory location. You will lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while promoting memberships and maintaining safety and wash quality.
You will work with a fast-paced team to ensure on-time opening/closing, proper checklists, and responsive guest service. Prior leadership experience in a car wash or service environment is helpful but not required.
