Provider Operations Coordinator

Supporting provider operations in a full-time remote capacity, the Provider Operations Coordinator will manage recruiting coordination, assist with onboarding processes, and prepare payroll while ensuring efficient communication and documentation across various teams. Key responsibilities Manage provider recruiting coordination, including candidate tracking and interview scheduling Support provider onboarding by collecting documents, tracking checklist completion, and coordinating internal handoffs Prepare weekly payroll by gathering provider pay inputs, reviewing visit counts, and validating payroll trackers Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, recruiting coordination, or payroll support Proficiency with spreadsheets, trackers, and checklists Experience supporting clinicians or healthcare providers in a remote environment Strong preference for familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Slack, or ATS systems Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care
