Pay & Benefits

• Compensation: Starting base salary of $250,000 (for new graduates); salary increases based on experience (discussed at interview)

What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal critical care in a Level-III NICU with an ADC of 60 beds
• Participate in deliveries, stabilization, and transport of neonatal patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including pediatric subspecialists, surgeons, and intensivists
• Utilize advanced technology such as neonatal ECMO, iNO, high-frequency ventilation, and total body cooling
• Engage in resident teaching and academic activities (if desired)
• Contribute to maintaining high-quality, evidence-based care for newborns
• Support patients with a variety of complex neonatal conditions

What You Need

• Valid Nevada medical license or eligibility
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to high standards of neonatal care
