Debug Technician

Debug TechnicianAs a Debug Technician, you will:Responsible for repairs / troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical assemblies within the manufacturing operation. Principle Accountabilities:Troubleshoots and repairs complex mechanical and electrical assemblies used in equipment to the component level.Operates electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and special tests as required.Provides technical assistance and guidance to other technical personnel.Works with engineering on functionality issues and procedure updates.Provides training when necessary to the new build and service assembler in the area.Contributes to the development of work instructions, batch records, equipment logs, material specifications and other device history documents.Helps monitor productivity by tracking yields and equipment cycle rates.Assists with the installation, debug and validation of process equipment.Follows all safety guidelines and reports unsafe conditions to supervisor.Develops and maintains Debug Guide to troubleshoot PCBA.Provides training and PCBA debugging guidance to other debug technicians.This is a full-time opportunity.Schedule: Monday - Friday1st shift - 6am-2:30pm2nd shift - 2:30pm-11pmThe ideal candidate will have:Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.Must be able to read and comprehend in EnglishPayrate: $32.00 per hour - 2nd shift earns a 10% premium. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
