Technical Designer

We’re hiring a Technical Designer who operates at the intersection of creative design and development—someone who doesn’t just design ideas, but builds them into real-time game experiences. This is not a concept‑only role. Your work will ship, be played, and directly impact the player experience. What You’ll Do You’ll take concepts and turn them into production‑ready assets that function inside a live game environment. Create animations, particles, and visual effects that enhance gameplay Build mockups, UI elements, and game components Design and implement 2D/3D assets optimized for real‑time performance Translate creative ideas into efficient, game‑ready implementations Partner closely with developers to ensure designs are achievable and performant Iterate quickly based on feedback, gameplay needs, and technical constraints What Makes This Role Different Your work lives inside the game—not just in design files. You’ll solve real technical challenges, not just create visuals. You’ll work across multiple projects and teams in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll have direct impact on live, player‑facing products.
