Oracle NetSuite Project Manager

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite Project Manager to lead implementation, enhancement, optimization, and digital transformation projects for growing and enterprise organizations. This role is responsible for managing full project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, stabilization, and continuous improvement. The Oracle NetSuite Project Manager will coordinate client stakeholders, consultants, developers, reporting teams, integration resources, and executive sponsors to ensure successful project delivery. This role will drive project governance, communication, timeline management, scope control, issue resolution, and delivery quality across NetSuite engagements.The ideal candidate has strong ERP project management experience, hands-on exposure to Oracle NetSuite projects, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting or SaaS delivery environment. Key Responsibilities Lead Oracle NetSuite implementation and enhancement projects for growing and enterprise organizations. Manage full project lifecycle activities including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and stabilization. Coordinate client stakeholders, consultants, developers, and integration teams. Drive project governance, communication, and delivery quality. Support successful digital transformation and ERP optimization initiatives. Manage Oracle NetSuite implementation and optimization projects. Develop project schedules, status reports, and governance documentation. Coordinate functional, technical, reporting, and integration workstreams. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and executive communications. Manage project risks, scope changes, and issue resolution. Ensure delivery milestones and quality standards are achieved. Coordinate user acceptance testing and deployment activities. Support resource planning and utilization management. Maintain strong client relationships throughout engagements. Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications 7+ years of ERP project management experience. 3+ years managing Oracle NetSuite projects. Strong understanding of ERP implementations and SaaS delivery models. Experience managing cross-functional project teams. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Experience with Agile and traditional project methodologies. Preferred Qualifications PMP certification preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. Experience supporting digital transformation or ERP optimization initiatives preferred. Experience with post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives preferred.
