Apollo Safety is growing and we're looking for a positive, energetic and highly organized professional Receptionist / Administrative Assistant who loves helping people, brings a great attitude to work every day and takes pride in keeping our office running smoothly and efficiently.

As the first point of contact for customers, vendors, visitors and team members, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience while supporting our daily operations.

????What You'll Be Doing

✔ Welcome visitors and create a warm, professional first impression

✔ Answer, screen and direct incoming calls with a smile, clear communication and provide outstanding customer service

✔ Provide information and assistance to customers, vendors and guests

✔ Log incoming gas detection meters for repair and service

✔ Maintain and update records, databases, ACT CRM and tracking logs

✔ Order and manage office supplies and inventory

✔ Assist with filing, data entry, scanning and other administrative tasks

✔ Help maintain a clean, organized and welcoming reception area

✔ Provide general support to various departments as needed
