Job Summary:

In Home Rehab Group, a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy and occupational therapy services, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As part of our In-Home Treatment program, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized occupational therapy services to patients in the convenience of their own homes. Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on functional skills and daily living activities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patients' needs and goals

• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques and strategies to promote patient progress and independence

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

• Current New York State licensure as an Occupational Therapist
