Are you a people-focused professional with apartment leasing experience and a passion for customer service? We’re hiring Leasing Consultants to support busy apartment communities in your area.
What You’ll Do
Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes and community amenities
Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Process rental applications, lease agreements, and resident paperwork
Assist with renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
Maintain accurate leasing records and resident communications
Support resident events and help create a welcoming community atmosphere
Utilize property management software for daily leasing activities
What We’re Looking For
Previous apartment leasing experience
Strong customer service and sales skills
Professional, upbeat, and dependable attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
Experience with Yardi, RentCafe, Entrata, CRM, and similar software
Strong communication and organizational skills
