- Competitive Bonus and Leasing Commission Structure
- Experience: 3 - 5 years in apartment leasing
- Affordable Housing: LIHTC/Bond/HUD experience required
- License: Valid driver's license to operate company vehicle/golf cart
- Software Skills: Familiarity with property management software (RealPage, OneSite, and/or Yardi) or ability to learn quickly
- Technology: Working knowledge of current technologies and Microsoft Office
- Language: Bilingual preferred, but not mandatory
