Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing apartment homes, providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, and supporting the overall operations of the community. - Greet and tour prospective residents, showcasing apartment homes and community amenities
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and online inquiries
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into signed leases
- Process applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease agreements
- Maintain accurate records in property management software
- Assist with marketing initiatives and outreach efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service to current residents
- Support resident events and retention programs
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction
- 1+ year of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong sales skills with the ability to close leases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Ability to work weekends as needed
- Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or other property management software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
