Cnc Machine OperatorCNC Machine operator sets up, runs, and monitors industrial machinery in a manufacturing or production plant. Their main duties include loading raw materials, checking product quality with measuring tools, making minor equipment adjustments, and following strict safety rules to keep production running efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesSetup and Operation: Prepare, start, and run machines according to technical blueprints or work orders.Material Handling: Load raw materials, parts, or components into equipment safely and continuously.Quality Control: Inspect finished items using tools like calipers, gauges, or micrometers to verify proper size and shape.Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Clean and lubricate machinery, fix minor issues, and report major faults to repair technicians.Record Keeping: Log production output, material use, and equipment performance numbers into paper or digital systems.Safety Compliance: Wear safety gear and follow health rules (OSHA standards) at all times.Skills and QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or GED equivalent.Experience: 1 to 3 years working with production or warehouse machinery is often preferred.Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and technical diagrams.Math Skills: Basic arithmetic to measure, calculate rates, and use percentages.Physical Strength: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds
