The Role Dental Dreams in New Bedford, MA is now hiring Bilingual Receptionists to join our team. This position will be focused on scheduling appointments, assisting with operational goals, and providing excellent customer service. We are currently hiring for part-time with potential for full time hours in the near future. The ideal candidate will be bilingual - Spanish or Portuguese speaking, with great customer service skills and Afternoon/Saturday availability. Clinic Hours Mon-Wed 10a-6p; Thu-Sat 9a-5p Benefits Competitive compensation The benefits package includes: Medical & Vision Insurance Free dental treatment at our locations PTO 401K Life Insurance, Pet Insurance and More Responsibilities Maintain a high level of customer service at all times Work as part of a team with an emphasis on communication Schedule patient appointments per month and daily patient goals Answer phones and confirm appointments Greet and check in patients Accurately verify dental benefits Maintain detailed patient records in a fast-paced environment Collect payments, co-payments, and deductibles Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations to insurance companies on a timely basis Pull patient charts for future appointments when necessary Maintain a clean and professional office environment Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans Qualifications Bilingual - Spanish or Portuguese Customer Service experience Dental Receptionist experience (Preferred) Dentrix and/or Eaglesoft (Preferred) Full Time Availability (Rotating Saturday shifts) Dental Dreams LLC is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace.
