Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- State Educational Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not essential
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Open to SLPs with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence), SLPs who are Clinical Fellows (CFY), and those passionate about pediatric populations
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to a varied caseload of students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to communicative needs
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
- Maintain detailed documentation in line with school and state requirements
- Provide assessment, evaluation, and intervention services using current evidence-based practices
- Support both English-speaking and multilingual students to foster inclusive communication
