Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and collaborate closely with sales and product teams to increase market share and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials, product literature, and website content.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop lead generation initiatives and support business growth.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or medical supply industries.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
