LTC LPN Opportunity

Our client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a LTC LPN for their New Lisbon, WI location.

Responsibilities:

• The Licensed Practical Nurse position assesses and passes medication to residents, reports to physician any changes they have, reports to charge nurse, updates family members, and assists CNAs.
• Administer medications to residents while following the 5 Rights
• Report any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to Director of Nursing and Administrator
• Report any change in condition to the charge nurse
• Assist CNAs with answering call lights and other responsibilities
• Update physicians, family members, etc. of change in condition as needed
• Perform other duties as requested.

Requirements:

• Required qualifications to effectively perform job. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
• Must hold and maintain Wisconsin LPN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• 1+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.
