Pay: $1795 - $2163 | Shift: 5x8 Evenings

If so, our healthcare partner is looking for someone like you to join their team in New Lisbon, WI. This role is vital in assisting with day-to-day nursing activities and ensuring the highest quality of care for residents.

As a Registered Nurse in this long-term care facility, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the well-being of residents. Timely communication with physicians, families, and others regarding significant changes in resident condition

Completing all applicable resident assessments

Performing wound care and assessments as needed

Monitoring residents for changes in condition

Acting as a leader on the floor by assessing and directing situations as needed

Reporting any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator

Maintaining accurate resident records with thorough and accurate charting

A two-year degree in nursing (four-year degree preferred)

A current Wisconsin Registered Nursing license
