• Provide clinical oversight and leadership to ensure quality service delivery across the program
• Plan, organize, staff, and direct daily operations to support client care and program effectiveness
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with community partners and referral sources
• Conduct regular record reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards
• Facilitate clinical staffing meetings, case reviews, and diagnostic discussions
• Monitor service delivery to ensure clinical appropriateness, frequency, and effectiveness
• Review documentation including progress notes and treatment plans for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain required direct service hours including intakes, individual, family, and group therapy
• Support coordination of care and collaboration with internal teams and external providers
• Monitor program budget and service utilization while supporting fiscal planning and projections
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with licensing standards
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and performance management for team members
• Conduct performance reviews and maintain supervision documentation
• Ensure staff training, onboarding, and continued education requirements are met
• Respond to and support crisis intervention and ensure incident reporting compliance
• Oversee program quality improvement initiatives and participate in QM processes
• Address client and staff concerns, ensuring effective communication and resolution
• Support development and implementation of policies and procedures
• Promote a team-based approach to service delivery and collaboration
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, or related field with at least three (3) years of behavioral health experience and one (1) year of supervisory experience OR... • Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least four (4) years of behavioral health experience and two (2) years of supervisory experience AND... • Must meet one of the following:
• Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP) certification
• Licensed counselor, psychologist, or physician in Missouri
• Qualified mental health professional as defined by applicable state regulations Additional Qualifications:
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and current auto insurance
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and team development skills
• Knowledge of clinical best practices in mental health and substance use treatment
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams Physical Requirements
• Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
• Ability to perform repetitive hand, finger, and arm movements for typing and documentation
• Ability to sit for extended periods with occasional walking or standing
