Permanent Associate Medical Director – {Location}: St. Louis, MO, US
Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Providing leadership and direction to our team of physicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Developing and implementing strategies for population health management and preventive care.
- Overseeing the operations of ambulatory care services, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with the Medical Director and other key stakeholders to develop and implement healthcare strategies and initiatives.
- Leading quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participating in the development and implementation of clinical programs and services.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior physicians and medical staff.
- Promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the medical team.
Qualifications
- A Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong experience in population health management, preventive care, ambulatory care, and healthcare operations.
- Proven experience in leading quality improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Strong commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
