Las Vegas based Law Firm has an opening for an Experienced Paralegal to join our Probate, Trusts & Estate Practice team. 

Requirements:

·         Minimum of 3 years of Paralegal Experience in Probate, Trust Administration and Estate planning is preferred
·         Paralegal Certificate is required or Equivalent experience
·         Computer savvy in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; experience with document management systems and preferably AI tools 
·         Strong attention to detail and outstanding client services skills
·         Excellent formatting, proofreading and editing skills
·         Written and verbal communication skills

Job Description:

·         Draft legal documents filings upon the Attorney review and approval
·         Work with the Probate Court and Secretary of State and other Administrative entities
·         Handling communication with clients and Attorneys
·         Maintaining and updating client files with records, etc.
·         Follow up skills 
·         General Paralegal duties within the realm of this position

Salary will depend on your experience, however, with great experience, we are in the range of $85-95K for the right person.
