Program Director, Health Advisory Services

Driving operational excellence, the full-time remote Program Director, Health Advisory Services will manage client-facing communications, oversee project execution, and develop scalable processes for a rapidly growing portfolio of pharma accounts. Key responsibilities Own the master tracker and governance cadence to ensure timely and budget-compliant deliverables across advisory services accounts Draft client-ready communications work products, including annual comms plans and activation documents, ensuring high-quality outputs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic direction into actionable briefs for effective execution Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in healthcare communications, pharma advisory services, or account management Direct experience drafting strategic communications documents in a highly regulated industry Senior account leadership experience at a leading healthcare communications agency or within corporate communications at a major pharmaceutical company Working fluency in MLR/PRC review processes and FDA OPDP guidance Demonstrated ownership of complex advisory services delivery, including budget management and vendor coordination
