Post-Tension Outside Sales Associate

Outside Sales Representative Post-Tension | Dallas, TX

Barnsco, a leading supplier of concrete construction materials and post-tension solutions, is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow business throughout the Dallas market. This role is responsible for developing new business, cultivating long-term customer relationships, securing project opportunities, and supporting contractors, builders, engineers, and distributors with post-tension, rebar, and concrete construction solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new business both residential and commercial through jobsite visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships with concrete contractors, builders, engineers, and construction professionals.
• Obtain project plans, identify upcoming opportunities, and position Barnsco solutions early in the sales cycle.
• Manage customer accounts from project bid through completion while driving revenue growth and market share.
• Provide product recommendations, pricing, and technical support for post-tension and concrete reinforcing products.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Inside Sales to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain an active pipeline and execute a strategic territory growth plan.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of outside sales experience
• Construction industry background preferred
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing territories and customer pipelines
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
