Registered Nurse (RN)Facility Type: LTC/SNFLocations: Ridgewood, NJ 07450Term: contract 9 weeksShift: 3pm – 11:30pm Pay rate: $40-$50/hr Guaranteed hrs. : 40/week Start: ASAPRequired:Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN).BLS/CPR preferredMin 1 -2 year of Registered Nurse (RN) experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.Responsibilities:Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and adviceObserve and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physiciansCollaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patientsPerform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ chartsAdjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
