Quality Control Manager

One of the country's top General Contractors is searching for a Quality Control Manager to join their team. Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies Create and maintain documentation for quality inspections, audits, and reports Conduct regular quality control inspections on construction sites and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Collaborate with project managers and teams to identify and address quality control issues and provide effective solutions Monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet quality control requirements Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions Skills Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry Degree in construction or equivalent At least 5 years of experience in a Quality Control role Thorough knowledge of construction quality control processes and standards Familiar with requirements of EM 385-1-1-Federal project experience Benefits/Compensation: Base Salary: $125 Per Diem Medical, dental, vision, life insurance Paid Time OFF Retirement plan Quality Control Manager / Construction Quality Control Manager / General Contracting All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
