Quality Assurance Engineer

Note: Just need exp with Selenium and must be able to read and understand C#/.Net code.



Description
The Ticketed Event Management (TEM) team owns and supports fundraising and event technology platforms that manage ticket sales, payments, constituent interactions, raffles, auctions, and operational reporting within managed applications. This Quality Engineer will serve as the primary quality owner across multiple applications and integrations, helping ensure reliable customer and operational experience while expanding automation coverage and improving quality practices.

Essential Duties:

• Supports a suite of event and transaction-driven applications that power high-volume workflows such as purchases, payments, campaigns, and operational reporting. These systems span multiple layers, including UI, APIs, and backend processes and require consistent validation across complex, integrated flows.
• The Quality Engineer will own end-to-end quality across these systems, ensuring reliability of critical user journeys like purchase flows, payment processing, data reconciliation, and reporting outputs.
• Expand and maintain automated test coverage
• Execute and support regression, smoke, integration, and release testing
• Validate purchase, payment, constituent, and reporting workflows
• Create and maintain test cases and quality documentation
• Partner closely with engineers, product owners, and analysts to identify and address quality risks
• Support release readiness and production validation activities
• Drive continuous improvement in automation, tooling, and testing processes

Success Measures

• Increase automated regression coverage across critical business workflows
• Reduce manual testing effort through automation
• Improve release confidence and defect detection earlier in the delivery lifecycle
• Establish scalable and maintainable automation practices across the TEM portfolio

Top Skills

Required Experience
• 7+ years in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering
• 5+ years developing and maintaining automated test frameworks
• Experience testing web applications, APIs, databases, and end-to-end workflows
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Experience supporting enterprise applications with multiple system integrations
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams



Required Technologies
• C#/.NET (they don't need to be coding; they just need experience being able to test and read the code in c#/.net applications)
• Selenium
• API testing tools(Postman or similar tools)
• SQL / SQL Server
• Test automation framework development and maintenance
