Maintenance Technician III

Job Title Maintenance Technician III – Christmas Mountain Village, Wisconsin Dells, WI. Job Details Full-time – 1st Shift, including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Maintain guestrooms, public areas, and back areas, ensuring a well‑kept property. Repair boilers, plumbing, pumps, exhaust fans, and HVAC equipment, including new refrigerants. Complete maintenance and facilities tasks from work orders. Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment. Dismantle defective machines and equipment; install new components. Install and repair electrical apparatuses, such as transformers, wiring, and electrical components of machinery and equipment. Repair and maintain the physical structure of the establishment. Set up and operate machine tools, such as grinders and drills, to repair and fabricate parts. Provide customer service to fellow team members, members, owners, and guests. Respond to calls and questions from members, owners, and guests. Conduct building rounds and maintain accurate records and documentation. Maintain, clean, and chemically balance pools, spas, and water features as directed. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn and operate within the different property‑specific computer platforms. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate well with guests in English. High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Proven experience in Facilities Maintenance. Ability to climb stairs and ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, and perform grasping, stooping, and overhead reaching with or without accommodations. EPA Certification – required. HVAC trade school certification – preferred. Driver’s License – required.
