Hospital Liaison

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Liaison to join our team in Washington DC. The Liaison will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with Hospitals, clinics, Nursing Homes, Mental Health and Substance Use facilities and stakeholders to get the support or referral letter for our application to become a Home Health Care provider that will Provide Solution to Hospitals or facilities discharge difficulties and Challenges in Washington DC by reducing the patient discharge Wait-time of the patients that need Home health Care Services Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hospitals, clinics, Nursing Homes, Mental Health and Substance Use facilities and stakeholders Act as a primary point of contact between the organization and external parties Coordinate meetings, events, and communications between different parties Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly Negotiate agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives Skills Proven experience in outside sales or customer service roles Strong negotiation skills with a focus on sales Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales is a plus Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Technical sales knowledge is advantageousLeadership abilities to drive initiatives forwardProficiency in Microsoft Word for documentation and communication purposes This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills in sales, customer service, negotiation, and organizational abilities will be key to success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
