Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload may include a diverse range of clients experiencing issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Psychologist (LP), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.

• Effective organizational and time-management abilities to manage a caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Applicants should have at least two years of experience in a clinical setting, with a proven track record of working successfully with diverse populations. Previous experience in teletherapy or remote client engagement would be an advantage, given the flexible nature of our practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, contingent upon your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
