Luxury Store Director: Boutique Growth & Talent Leader

Summary The Store Director will lead the new Dallas boutique, driving sales performance and ensuring exceptional client service. This role requires strategic vision to develop and execute store-level business plans, strong people leadership to develop talent, and operational oversight to maintain retail excellence. The director will collaborate with corporate partners to align store initiatives with wider brand objectives. Responsibilities Drive the sales team to achieve budget and KPI targets and implement corrective actions as needed. Develop and update annual and quarterly store strategies in collaboration with regional leadership. Create and execute business plans, partnering with merchandising, operations, and corporate teams. Lead talent management including hiring, performance reviews, coaching, scheduling, and succession planning. Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising, loss prevention, inventory management, and store policies. Spend majority of time on the sales floor to maximize visibility and customer engagement while handling administrative duties. Build and maintain client relationships and market insights, and foster partnerships with local stakeholders and mall management. Requirements Ten years of experience in luxury retail or with luxury products, including proven store leadership. Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and inspire diverse teams and drive performance. Strategic thinker with strong decision-making, analytical, and planning skills. Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
