Business Development Manager - Full Time

Join Luminas Advisors as a Business Development Manager and play a key role in driving growth and expanding our client base. In this fully remote position, you will work in a dynamic environment that fosters innovation and collaboration. Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Market Research: Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to meet company growth targets.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.
Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics and performance indicators to guide decision-making.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market data and identify trends.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Schedule
This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours to accommodate various time zones.
