Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associate

We have an immediate need for an Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associate to support direct marketing campaigns, customer engagement, community outreach, and client initiatives.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to develop practical experience in marketing, sales, customer service, communication, and business development . Resilient Enterprises provides training and mentorship to help new team members learn the role and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Represent client campaigns in a professional and knowledgeable manner
• Engage directly with customers and members of the community
• Explain campaign information, products, services, or programs
• Answer customer questions and provide helpful information
• Build positive relationships with customers and community members
• Support customer acquisition and awareness initiatives
• Participate in promotional and community outreach activities
• Assist with day-to-day campaign operations
• Attend team meetings and training sessions
• Work collaboratively with other team members and management
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities and campaign information
• Develop skills in communication, sales, marketing, and customer relationship management
