Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator I to support the successful delivery of projects in the telecommunications industry. The Project Coordinator I will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager with the planning, coordination, and execution of project activities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
- Communicate project status and issues to the Project Manager and other stakeholders
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions
- Identify potential risks and issues and work with the Project Manager to develop mitigation plans
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in project coordination or project management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus
