We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Inside Sales to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Review vehicle and up-fit project specifications
- Liaise with clients to identify and define customer needs, requirements, scope and objectives
- Data entry of job data from quotes to sales orders
- Create project purchase lists & issue purchase requests
- Track projects stage progression & keep projects on track
- Coordinate with team to complete projects correctly and efficiently
- Follow-up with vendors to track procured product schedules
- Communicate with Various Departments
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Use of Microsoft Excel and other software to maintain project trackers
- Should be detail-oriented, dependable, a problem solver and a good communicator
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Communicate and develop relationship with customers
- Must be able to work well under pressure without sacrificing quality
- 3+ years of project management experience
