Project Engineer - Owner's Representative

Job Description Assist in planning and managing construction projects from start to finish. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines and budgets are adhered to. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to meet project goals. Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Support in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the project life cycle. Contribute to project risk assessments and mitigation strategies. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. The Successful Applicant Bachelor\'s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Related field 3-5+ years of construction industry experience GC or Owner\'s Rep background Problem-solving skills to address safety concerns efficiently Proficient in Bluebeam, Procore, PlanGrid, or Phoenix Scheduling preferred Familiarity with safety audit processes and compliance documentation Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving What\'s on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $50,000-$70,000 ESOP Program Lucrative Bonus Structure Healthcare 401k Summer hours - half day every other Friday! #J-18808-Ljbffr Michael Page US
