This is an opportunity to build a scalable, multi-unit asset in a thriving market you already understand. You would operate as the CEO of STRIDE Fitness in your community, driving culture, revenue, and expansion while following a playbook built for results - with an experienced corporate team there to support you every step of the way. Role Overview Launch and lead the first STRIDE Fitness studio in your market with full P&L responsibility. Build and develop a high-performance team that delivers an exceptional member experience. Establish STRIDE Fitness as the premier destination for interval training and recovery in your market. Capture market share through Baylor partnerships, local business networking, community events, and grassroots marketing. Expand into additional Central Texas territories as performance milestones are achieved Key Responsibilities Executive Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a results-driven team focused on culture, retention, and operational excellence. Financial Ownership: Own studio performance including budgets, KPIs, pricing strategy, and profitability. Growth & Market Development: Build relationships across your market, from university alumni networks to local employers and community organizations. Brand Stewardship: Deliver a consistent, high-energy, community-first experience that reflects STRIDE Fitness’s standards. Multi-Unit Vision: Operate with expansion in mind as your market grows. Ideal Candidate Profile Deep knowledge of your local community and a strong local network. 5+ years of leadership experience in sales, operations, finance, management, or multi‑unit environments. Proven ability to build teams and drive measurable performance. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets or P&L. Entrepreneurial mindset with disciplined execution. Intention to launch within 3 to 6 months. Financial capacity to invest ($200,000 minimum liquid capital & $500,000 minimum net worth). Competitive, growth‑oriented, and community‑driven.
