Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:
- 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in product ownership roles focused on marketing technology or marketing automation
- Proven experience with B2C and B2B2C marketing strategies
- Strong grasp of:
- Customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing principles
- Lead management and scoring methodologies
- Segmentation and personalization tactics
- Familiarity with:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement
- Oracle Eloqua
- Agile/Scrum development processes
- Converting business requirements into technical user stories
- Lead the strategy and execution of marketing technology projects aimed at both B2C and B2B2C markets
- Own and enhance marketing automation platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Drive initiatives to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle marketing performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and create a roadmap
- Analyze and optimize user experiences throughout customer journeys
