What You’ll Do: Advocate for clients in divorces, child custody cases, modifications, enforcements, and more. Handle contested hearings, mediations, and negotiations with experience‑appropriate mentorship and support. Prepare persuasive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and orders. Build strong relationships with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Develop case strategies alongside a talented legal team. What You Bring to the Table: 2‑5 years of family law or similar litigation experience. Confidence in the courtroom with willingness to develop additional skills. Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal. A talent for multitasking and managing cases efficiently. Empathy and interpersonal skills to support clients during sensitive times. Familiarity with Collin, Denton, and Dallas County courts (preferred). Proficiency with legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite. Required Education & Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
