Job Summary As a Payroll Territory Manager (PTM), you will prospect and present Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid‑sized merchants and businesses, close deals within a fast sales cycle, and train/co‑coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs). You will report to the Payroll Division Manager (PDM) and work closely with you to set appointments, conduct presentations, uncover needs, and drive sales. Responsibilities Prospect new clients and maintain existing and prospective client records in the Atlas CRM system. Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first‑time appointments and securing wins. Continuously expand product knowledge and stay current on industry developments. Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions with the PDM. Train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs) and provide status updates to the reporting PDM. Execute additional responsibilities as assigned. Minimum Qualifications 18 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance. Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check. Residency in the area relative to the job posting location. At least two years of relevant experience. Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills. Proficient at working independently and as part of a team. Incentive‑driven, hunter‑type sales mindset. Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity. High sense of urgency and innate sales talent. Enjoys cold‑calling and face‑to‑face interactions. Accountable for measurable, high‑quality, timely results. Ability to be in the field 50% of the time. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED. At least six years of relevant experience. At least one to two years of supervisory experience.
