Hospital Admissions & Referrals Specialist
Infinity Healthcare Consulting
Infinity Healthcare Consulting is seeking a Hospital Liaison to ensure seamless admissions from acute and post-acute settings. You will build relationships with discharge planners, manage referrals, and coordinate with care platforms to improve patient experiences. A hands-on, multi-tasking professional with nursing experience is preferred.
