Hardware Operator (Sheet Metal Fabrication)
Join a clean, modern fabrication shop producing high-quality custom metal components using state-of-the-art equipment.
What You'll Do
- Operate hardware insertion machines (PEMs, rivets, fasteners)
- Read blueprints and verify hardware placement and specs
- Set up tooling, dies, and fixtures for each job
- Perform first-piece inspections and quality checks
- Use shop equipment (drill press, countersink, etc.)
What You Bring
- 2+ years fabrication or machine operating experience
- Blueprint reading + tape measure/shop math skills
- Experience with sheet metal or hardware insertion (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White Bear Lake, MN.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
