Fabrication Operator

Hardware Operator (Sheet Metal Fabrication) – Multiple Shifts | Up to $33/hr

1st Shift: Mon–Thurs, 5:00am–3:00pm ($23–$27/hr)

2nd Shift: Mon–Thurs, 3:15pm–1:45am (+$3/hr diff)

Weekend Shift: Fri–Sun, 5:00am–5:30pm (+$6/hr diff – work 36 hrs)

Join a clean, modern fabrication shop producing high-quality custom metal components using state-of-the-art equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Operate hardware insertion machines (PEMs, rivets, fasteners)
• Read blueprints and verify hardware placement and specs
• Set up tooling, dies, and fixtures for each job
• Perform first-piece inspections and quality checks
• Use shop equipment (drill press, countersink, etc.)

What You Bring

• 2+ years fabrication or machine operating experience
• Blueprint reading + tape measure/shop math skills
• Experience with sheet metal or hardware insertion (preferred)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White Bear Lake, MN.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
