As a Fabricator at our Brandon facility, you’ll be at the heart of creating aluminum components that transform outdoor experiences across Minnesota’s spectacular seasons. Work Schedule & Compensation Day shift: 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday to Thursday and 5:00am-1:30pm, Fridays 4.5-day workweek gives you more time for your own adventures Starting pay: $20.12 Location: Brandon, MN What You’ll Do Master state-of-the-art fabrication equipment Transform raw aluminum into precision components Work with detailed blueprints to bring products to life Ensure quality in every piece you create Be part of a team that takes pride in craftsmanship What You’ll Need Sharp eye for detail and quality Ability to read blueprints and work orders Basic shop math skills Physical capability to stand/walk during shifts Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
