Qualifications & Experience:

• Active SLPA licensure required
• Previous school-based SLPA experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist speech-language pathologists in delivering therapy sessions for students with communication challenges
• Implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Support data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation to track student improvement
• Prepare materials and resources for therapy activities
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to foster student success
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
• Adapt to caseload assignments, which will be determined upon placement
